  SVC machines are mainly used for processing plates, shell, molds and other high precision complex shapes of parts parts. It can finish the continuous precise processing of milling, drilling, expanding, reaming, boring and tapping on 2D/3D surface, to achieve programming machining and shorten the production cycle.

  Electric Motor:
  All axis are equipped with servomotors conferring smooth rotation, excellent acceleration, and high reliability. The built-in encoders ensures highly accurate positioning.
  Spindle:
  Sourced from leading Taiwanese supplier, the spindles are both highly precise and rigid. The spindles are assembled in constant temperature and tested many times. The spindle drive mode is belt driving or direct connection as option and keeps the rotating precision.
  Lead Screw:
  The three-axis servomotor and ball screws are connected via elastic coupling to simplify linkage and to enhance feed flexibility, positioning accuracy, and transmission precision.
  Guideway:
  X, Y, and Z axes feature ball linear guideways, which have low kinetic and static friction, high sensitivity, minimal vibration at high speeds, no crawling at low speeds, accurate positioning, and servos with excellent drives. All these features improve the machining accuracy and stability.
  Coolant system: A mass-flow cooling pump and large-capacity guarantee excellent cooling. The spindle surface coolant nozzle supports both water and air cooling via M-code.
