产品概述

It's a combination of high processing performance and small floor space, suitable for processing brake drum, hub, brake disc, reducer housing and other auto parts, elevator wheel, engineering sprocket wheel, valves, motor housing, etc. It can also be used for hard turning on bearings to instead of grinding. The machine is easy to install kinds of special fixture and responsible for shell type parts and special shaped parts. C-axis and power turret can be configured to realize multi-functional processing such as milling, drilling and tapping, which can greatly shorten the loading and unloading time and save costs.

Feeding system:

Driven by servo motor, X axis and Z axis are directly connected with the ball screw through flexible coupling. The ball screw is installed with one end for fixing and the other end for support to avoid screw elongation due to the temperature rise in operation which may cause longitudinal deformation and achieve high rigidity, high speed, high durability and long life.
