2、 Strictly implement the following general rules for grinding machine
(1) When installing a new grinding wheel:
1. Check the new grinding wheel carefully. If there is any crack or scar, it is strictly forbidden to use it.
2. The new grinding wheel should go through two times of careful static balance, that is, the first time before installation, the spindle should be installed, and then the balance should be removed once after being corrected with diamond.
3. When installing a new grinding wheel, a paper pad of 0.5 ~ 2 mm should be inserted between the grinding wheel and the flange. Flange screws should be tightened evenly, but do not press too tightly to avoid crushing the grinding wheel.
4. After the new grinding wheel is installed, it shall be idled at the working speed for no less than 5 minutes. It can only work after confirming that the installation is correct and the operation is normal.
(2) Before working, check that the grinding wheel and grinding wheel cover are in good condition without cracking, installed correctly and fastened reliably. The machine tool without grinding wheel cover is not allowed to start.
(3) In our work, we should do our best to:
1. Before starting the grinding wheel each time, put the hydraulic switch on / off at the stop position, the adjusting handle at the lowest speed position, and the fast feed handle of the grinding wheel seat at the backward position, so as to avoid accidents.
2. Before starting the grinding wheel each time, the lubrication pump or hydrostatic oil supply system oil pump should be started. The grinding wheel rotation can be started only after the grinding wheel spindle is lubricated normally, the mercury switch is jacked up or the hydrostatic pressure reaches the design value.
3. At the beginning of grinding, the amount should be small and the cutting speed should be slow to prevent the grinding wheel from cracking due to cold brittleness, especially when the temperature is low in winter.
4. When the grinding wheel is rapidly introduced into the workpiece, it is not allowed to feed the workpiece by machine, and it is not allowed to feed the big knife. Attention should be paid to the protruding edges and corners of the workpiece to prevent collision.
5. When the temperature of the grinding wheel spindle exceeds 60 ° C, it must be stopped, and then it can work after the temperature returns to normal.
6. It is not allowed to use the grinding wheel of the grinder as an ordinary grinder to grind things.
(4) In the use of coolant machine tools, the cooling pump should be turned off after work, the grinding wheel idling for a few minutes, after throwing off the coolant, and then stop the sand wheel rotation.
3、 Carry out the following special regulations about grinder.
(1) Centerless grinder:
1. The supporting plate and its installation position of supporting plate should meet the requirements of grinding workpiece. To prevent accidents due to improper use.
2. It is forbidden to grind the workpiece with bending or surface not machined. Machining allowance of workpiece shall not exceed 0.3mm.
3. When using the maximum speed to correct the guide wheel, the change gear should be detached to prevent damaging the helical gear; when using the normal speed to correct the guide wheel, the helical gear should be detached and the change gear should be hung.
(2) Cylindrical grinder, face grinder, crankshaft and camshaft grinder:
1. Before grinding, the distance between the grinding wheel and the workpiece should be adjusted to avoid the collision between the grinding wheel and the workpiece when the grinding wheel seat is introduced quickly.
2. Generally, the machining allowance of workpiece shall not exceed 0.3mm. It is not allowed to grind the workpiece without machining.
3. When grinding the workpiece with spline, keyway and flat circle on the surface, the feed should be small and the grinding speed should not be too fast to prevent the occurrence and impact.
4. When correcting the grinding wheel, the grinding wheel seat should be quickly introduced before the wheel is corrected.
(3) Internal grinder:
Put the grinding wheel on the handle to avoid accidental change.
(4) Surface grinder:
1. Before working, switch on the magnetic disk switch, check that the suction of the magnetic disk should meet the requirements, and check that the interlocking device between the magnetic disk and the grinding wheel should be reliable and easy to use.
2. When placing the workpiece, the magnetic disk must be wiped clean. For the workpiece with high grinding height or small bottom area, it is necessary to add a block of appropriate height (generally 3 ~ 5mm lower than the workpiece) and pull the workpiece to check whether it is firmly absorbed.
3. Do not grind thin iron plates. It is not allowed to grind the end face of workpiece with grinding wheel in grinder without end face grinding structure.
(5) Huajian shaft grinder:
After the workpiece is installed, check whether the indexing and the length of the grinding wheel beyond both ends of the keyway meet the requirements, and work after confirmation.
(6) 3a64 tool grinder:
Before working, the wheel speed should be selected according to the wheel diameter: when the wheel diameter is greater than 100 mm, the speed should be 3800 rpm; when the wheel diameter is less than 100 mm, the speed should be 5700 rpm.
(7) Milling cutter head edge grinder:
After the milling cutter head is installed and the grinding wheel is aligned with the cutting edge of the cutter head, it should be idled for a week to check whether the graduation meets the requirements. Only after it is confirmed that there is no error can it work.
(8) Edge grinding machine:
1. When grinding and broaching, you must start from the middle. After finishing the middle grinding, install the center frame, and then grind the rest of the teeth.
2. When grinding, the longitudinal displacement of grinding wheel frame should be clamped.
(9) Circular saw blade grinding machine:
According to the tooth number and tooth height of the saw blade, after adjusting the stroke of the change gear and grinding wheel, manually pull the belt pulley to check whether there is collision between the grinding wheel and the saw tooth.
(10) Grinding of hob edge:
1. Before working, the indexing motor should be started to check whether the indexing meets the requirements.
2. The hob bisection should be the same as the dividing plate, the change gear should be consistent with the change gear table, the lead ruler should be the same as the hob lead, and the work can be started after the trial grinding.
(11) Mm50120 rail grinder:
1. The new grinding wheel which has been statically balanced still needs to undergo the breaking test. During the test, increase the speed by 25 ~ 50% of the rated speed and run for 15 ~ 20 minutes.
2. When the oil pressure balance valve of the rack is not opened, it is not allowed to lift the rack manually or mechanically.
